Team:

QGE’s company principals are extremely involved in every aspect of each job and know all the details occurring at each site. This constant communication results in personal attention for clients from the company president to the laborers on site.
This also enables swift, on-site problem solving.

QGE CEO José Flores has more than 38 years of experience in the field of dry utility construction. He has held leadership positions at some of the most prominent construction companies in Southern California where he developed long-term client relationships and oversaw major projects.

QGE President Marco Villalpando is a professional civil engineer with a degree from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara. He has more than 23 years of experience and has been a licensed general engineering contractor in California since 1998.

QGE Project Foremen have more than 35 years of experience and have been working for QGE since the company’s inception 12 years ago.

QGE Project Team core members have worked together for the past 12 years. This longevity and consistency contributes to superior team dynamics. All QGE team members provide themselves on being responsible, reliable, honest and respectful in all their endeavors.
